Depression and Discouragement seem to be the two chief occupational hazards of living. It seems that one of the pitfalls of life or the dungeon cells of life at times is when we go through periods of what is often called the blues. But is it the desire of God that we be depressed? Far from it! Yet it is true that even great men and woman of God have succumbed to its terrible influence. We see this in the life of Elijah. But God doesn’t want us to remain in the grip of despair.
