2. During a Stewardship Campaign or Budget time
3. When Adding Staff
4. When Basic Leadership Style/Approach Changes
5. During Pastors Absence,
6. Following?a Change in Pastor?s Family,
7. When there is a Significant Generational Change in the Church?s Focus
8. Upon Completion of?a New Building,
9. Rapid Loss or Increase of Church Membership,
10. During the Time Between Pastors.
