Stress is a combination of emotions, worry, guilt, fear, bitterness, anger, tension, anxiety - all these things put together based on a way of thinking. That’s why the Bible says if you want to deal with stress, you’ve got to change the way you think.

I don’t know any subject that has caused more confusion, more confused thinking, more fuzzy thinking than this issue of sex. We live in a society that has perpetuated many incorrect assumptions and practices of this beautiful gift from God. It is time to get some Clear Thinking about Sex!

Jesus said it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God. With that pronouncement fresh on the minds of the followers of Jesus, they must have been standing on tip-toes, waiting with their breath caught in their throats waiting to see what was going to happen when Jesus had this one-on-one encounter with the rich guy Zacchaeus.

Relationships would be easy if we were perfect. Relationships would be easy if we never went through struggles. But our lives are filled with struggles when it comes to relationships. What do you do when things aren’t going great? What do you do when you’re faced with frustration and you just don’t know where to turn next? What do you do when you’re overwhelmed by hurt or anger in a relationship? What do you do when you’re filled with apathy? You just don’t care any more. What do you do when you’re confronted by confusion or you’re struggling with selfishness?

…In the year 2005 you will go through some dark days, days where you haven’t the slightest idea where you’re headed, no idea where you’re going. You feel like you’re in a fog, in the dark. And you can’t figure out what to do next. What do you do in those kinds of days? How do you get through those kinds of problems?
